Event content and stage design.

The screen behind the speaker.

Stage content, presentation design, conference motion graphics, animated transitions — the visual layer that turns a keynote into a moment.

What we make

Most conference content gets built late. The CEO’s deck is finished the night before, the sponsor logos are still being chased on the morning, and the motion graphics are stitched together in the AV truck. We do it differently — content design starts at week three, the brand layer is locked early, and what ends up on the screen is built for the screen, not exported from PowerPoint at the last minute.

Presentation design

Keynote decks designed for an LED wall — not a 16:9 office laptop. Brand-locked templates, custom typography, asset libraries the comms team can build on after the event. We design with the room and the kit in mind.

Stage motion graphics

Animated openers, awards-night reveals, sponsor stings, transition loops, brand idents. Built in After Effects, run from a media server, locked to the run-of-show and timecode if needed.

Sponsor and partner content

The wall of partner logos, the sponsor reveal, the thank-you slide that doesn’t look like an afterthought. Sponsor content is often the bit that’s outsourced last and looks like it — we treat it with the same care as the keynote.

Live and broadcast graphics

Lower-thirds, name strap-lines, score graphics, vote tallies, live polling overlays. If Capture is filming or live-streaming, the broadcast graphics layer is built into the AV plan, not bolted on.

How content design fits the production

Step 1

Brief and brand

We need the brand guidelines, the run-of-show, and the deck if it exists. If there’s a creative agency on the brand, we work alongside them — not over them.

Step 2

Design and asset build

Visual treatment locked at week three. Animations storyboarded. Templates delivered to the speaker team so the deck-writers know what they’re working into.

Step 3

Show day and changes

A content operator sits at the desk with the AV team. Last-minute changes are part of every show — having someone who can edit on site is the difference between a clean show and a panicked one.

Frequently asked questions

We design it. The script and the speaker’s narrative are usually owned by the comms team or a speechwriter. Where we add value is making what they’ve written look right on a 12-metre LED wall.

Yes — and we often do. Many conference decks arrive in PowerPoint form and need to be rebuilt for the screen. We can do this from a finished deck, a draft deck, or just an outline.

Yes. Sponsor logos, brand guidelines, partner reveal sequences. We chase the assets if the comms team needs us to — most events have one or two sponsors who deliver assets late.
