What we do
Big Purple Productions is the AV and event production studio inside Big Purple Group. We’ve spent twenty years running rooms for brands like Barbour, BALTIC, NHS Trusts, the CIPD and Northumbrian Water. The work is conferences, awards nights, product launches, AGMs — the kind of event that has to land first time, with a CEO on stage and a thousand people watching.

How we run a production
Brief
You send the deck or pick up the phone. We come back inside 48 hours with a single named producer assigned, a one-page response, and any clarifying questions before we quote.
Design
Stage design, kit list, run-of-show. You see the design and the equipment list before we book a single van. If procurement needs vendor docs (insurance, PAT, references) — they’re already on file.
Rehearse
Tech rehearsal is in the calendar from week one. The CEO’s slide is on the screen the night before, not the morning of. If the venue’s tricky, we recce it twice.
Deliver and debrief
We run the day. We send a clean post-event report inside a week — what worked, what we’d do differently, what’s worth lifting next year.
