Audio visual production company.
Sound, lighting, video and staging — designed for the room, rehearsed before anyone walks in, run by the same crew at the desk and on the floor.
Capabilities
Audio Visual is the technical engine of an event. PA and line-array sound for the room you’re actually in. Intelligent lighting for the moments that matter. Video and projection that make the brand land at the back of the hall. Staging that gives the speaker something to walk onto without thinking about it. We design AV around the run-of-show — not the other way around.
PA, mics, RF coordination
Line-array PA for conferences, theatres, marquees and exhibition halls. Smaller PA for boardrooms and breakout rooms. We carry d&b, L-Acoustics and Yamaha — the kit choice depends on the room, not the inventory we want to push.
Wireless microphones in every flavour: lavalier, headset, handheld, podium. RF coordinated by an engineer on the day, not left to chance. Audio recording captured cleanly for Capture’s livestream feed and post-event content.
Intelligent + architectural design
Intelligent lighting design for the keynote, the awards moment, the brand reveal. Conventional wash lighting that does its job and gets out of the way. Architectural lighting and uplighters that turn a room into a venue.
Lighting design happens before kit selection. The plot is built around the run-of-show — what the audience needs to see and what they shouldn’t.
LED, projection, IMAG, vision mix
LED video walls — indoor and outdoor, P2.9 to P3.9, plus transparent LED for the events that need a different look. Projection and projection mapping for venues where a video wall isn’t the right answer.
Camera operation, vision mixing, IMAG (the screens that put the speaker’s face at the back of the hall), live graphics overlay. Capture handles the broadcast and livestream side — the AV team handles what the room sees.
Modular, rostra, bespoke
Staging, rostra, lecterns, set pieces. Modular kit for the 200-person conference; bespoke fabrication when Build is involved on a larger scenic build. The stage is the first thing the audience sees and the last thing they remember — we design it accordingly.

How we plan AV for an event
Recce
We visit the venue with the production manager and an AV engineer. Power, rigging points, sightlines, acoustics, ingress and egress. Most surprises happen in venues that haven’t been recced.
Design
We build the AV design around the run-of-show — what every minute of the event needs, what the speaker needs to feel, what the audience needs to see. Kit list and crew schedule come out of that, not the other way around.
Rehearse
Tech rehearsal with the speakers ideally the day before the event. We’ve never had a CEO walk on stage and find out their slides aren’t on the screen.
